23rd March 2020
During these moments of global challenge, people are facing difficult times all over the world. The Greek government on 14th March 2020 has decided to postpone all Greek hotels opening date until 1st May 2020, as part of the efforts to contain the spread of Covid-19. We fully support the preventative measure, which is aimed at ensuring the health of our guests and staff.
Our caring thoughts are with everyone affected around the world and we do share great appreciation to all healthcare staff on the job right now. Along with the rest of the Greek tourism sector, we will do everything we can to allow a swift end to this unprecedented situation. We are vigilantly monitoring the Covid-19 situation, and we will keep you posted on all further developments, opening dates or any other vital information affecting your holidays.
Meanwhile, we try to stay positive and prepare for your future accommodation. We will advance our hygiene processes and comply with all updated measures and guidelines from our authorities.
For all guests who have made their reservations directly through our website, a new flexible cancellation policy is effective now.
All reservations with arrival dates within May and June 2020, can be cancelled or re-booked for future dates, up to 1 day before arrival date, with no penalty.
All reservations with arrival dates within July until October 2020, can be cancelled or re-booked for future dates, up to 7 days before arrival date, with no penalty.
There will be no credit-card pre-authorizations prior to each period.
For all other guests, please contact your holiday supplier for rescheduling or cancelling your holiday in case you have booked through a tour operator or agency.
We assure you that when this distressing era comes to an end, all of us will be here, remaining a desirable destination, and we will be ready to welcome you again at Marni Village.
